What You'll Do:
You will lead a team of elite engineers in designing scalable neural architectures, optimizing model performance, and deploying robust MLOps pipelines. You will be the technical authority on AI ethics, model governance, and the strategic integration of autonomous systems into our core infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance Generative AI architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research, training, and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal AI systems.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes and cloud-native services to ensure high availability and low-latency inference.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior and junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Strategic R&D: Explore emerging technologies such as Autonomous Agents and reinforcement learning to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in Software Engineering and 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning/AI architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LangChain or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with AWS or GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex engineering challenges in high-scale production environments.
