Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of next-generation AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Define technical strategies to ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI models.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Generative AI, LLMs, and quantum computing integration.
- Oversee the deployment of models in production environments, ensuring robust monitoring and optimization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
