Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using Python and modern frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and production readiness.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference and low-latency requirements in high-volume environments.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements and implement novel solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
