Responsibilities

- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and review critical code to maintain the highest standards of software quality and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering breakthrough AI products.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
