Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable AI/ML architectures tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to drive model development and deployment.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for inference speed and energy efficiency in edge devices.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., Transformers, LLMs, Quantum ML) and integrate relevant advancements into our core stack.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring to ensure reliability at scale.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Software Development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a strong command of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models in large-scale environments.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
