Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the comprehensive AI architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with our 2026 strategic goals and long-term innovation targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a world-class team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- System Design: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems and large-scale machine learning models.
- R&D Oversight: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, Edge AI) into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, fairness, and adherence to evolving industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Infrastructure: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a strong focus on MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage technical debt, and drive projects from conception to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
