Responsibilities
- Architect End-to-End AI Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure machine learning architectures tailored for future enterprise needs.
- Lead Generative AI Initiatives: Oversee the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Cloud Integration: Optimize and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support high-throughput AI workloads.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in AI/ML architecture leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern NLP frameworks.
- System Design: Proven track record designing distributed systems and high-performance computing environments.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification is a plus.
