Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Classical Hybrid Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable software architectures that integrate classical machine learning models with quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead Strategic Roadmap 2026: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client deliverables.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Protocol Optimization: Analyze and optimize complex data processing pipelines to maximize quantum advantage and minimize latency in critical applications.
- Client Consultation: Act as a technical advisor to C-suite executives, translating complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for novel algorithms that will define the standard for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Visionary Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to anticipate future market needs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
