Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of proprietary neural architectures designed for the 2026 release cycle.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale language models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research roles, preferably within a top-tier tech company or research lab.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
