Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Architect and oversee the long-term roadmap for core infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Spearhead the integration of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into our production environment.
- System Scalability: Design fault-tolerant, high-throughput systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning among engineering teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and user data.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research scientists to validate prototypes and transition them into production-ready software.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI Mastery: Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for executive stakeholder management.
