Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for our flagship 2026 roadmap initiatives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models and Quantum algorithms.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and architectural patterns across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize system infrastructure for maximum efficiency, security, and fault tolerance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript).
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large-scale data processing.
