Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy focused on 2026 goals and beyond.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies to integrate into our product ecosystem.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in designing microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Establish coding standards and architectural patterns to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with future tech adoption.
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype concepts for the 2026 roadmap.
- Partner with product management to translate business vision into technical reality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data engineering pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or Web3 technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
