Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
