Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for 'The 2026 Initiative,' ensuring scalability and security.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns to guide the development team.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system performance audits to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Lead role.
