Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents and multi-agent ecosystems.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for agentic workflows, focusing on latency reduction and high-fidelity reasoning.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, state management, and external tool integration.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure robust, safe, and compliant AI deployment.
- Lead the technical roadmap for adopting emerging 2026 technology stacks.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain).
- Proven track record of deploying autonomous systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
