Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex system architectures tailored for the 2026 technological era, emphasizing scalability and security.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define the long-term technical vision for the company's 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.

- Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Drive the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI and edge computing into existing frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
