Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, anticipating future tech trends such as AGI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D units to integrate experimental technologies into stable, production-grade environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
- System Optimization: Drive performance tuning, cost optimization, and security compliance across all cloud and edge computing infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with proven experience in designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning models.
- Future Tech: Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, or Quantum Computing principles is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced, innovative environments.
