The Role:
As the Lead Future Tech Architect, you will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and implementing the architectural framework for our products by 2026. You will identify emerging trends in machine learning, biotechnology, and spatial computing, and integrate them into our core systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, defining long-term technical goals and milestones.
- Lead research and development (R&D) initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as generative AI, autonomous systems, and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate future concepts into actionable technical specifications and prototypes.
- Evaluate and select third-party technologies and frameworks that align with the 2026 vision.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in anticipation of future data loads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and future tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
