Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, futurists, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Risk Mitigation: Assess the ethical and technical risks of emerging tech and implement robust governance protocols.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on future tech trends.
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in technical leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on rapid technological advancements.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable engineering requirements for stakeholders.
