Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning systems tailored for 2026-era computational requirements.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and backend engineers to transition research prototypes into production-ready software.
- Design robust data pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale neural training data with zero latency.
- Implement security-first protocols to protect sensitive neural data and proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with product strategists to define the roadmap for our flagship 2026 interface products.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing simulation tools (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through complex technical challenges and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
