Responsibilities
- Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design vision for Project 2026, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4-6 product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and accountability.
- System Architecture: Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries that accelerate development and ensure brand consistency.
- User Advocacy: Conduct extensive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate concepts and drive product evolution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, and executive leadership to translate complex requirements into elegant, feasible solutions.
- Accessibility & Inclusion: Champion WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and ensure our products are accessible to users of all abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and design prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating complex system design, high-fidelity prototypes, and a strong understanding of user journey mapping.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with business constraints and technical feasibility.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
