Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum algorithms designed for complex data modeling and optimization problems.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing capabilities with classical neural networks to create hybrid AI systems.
- Mentor a high-performance team of software engineers, quantum physicists, and data scientists.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our transition to post-silicon computing architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering solutions.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of our quantum data infrastructure in a distributed cloud environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil, or Amazon Braket).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, innovative, and agile environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
