Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of quantum-enhanced machine learning models and hybrid systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and data scientists.
- Innovation: Develop proprietary algorithms that bridge classical deep learning with quantum computing paradigms.
- System Optimization: Optimize code for quantum hardware execution, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal error rates.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
