Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure best practices are followed across all engineering teams.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our current infrastructure.
- Act as a technical liaison between executive leadership and engineering teams to align business objectives.
- Oversee the migration strategy to cloud-native environments and edge computing solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
