- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI and advanced robotics, into core business solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge hardware-software integration.
- Ensure scalability and security standards for systems designed to operate in a post-silicon era.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast tech trends and allocate R&D resources for 2026 initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and edge computing technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
