Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the creation and execution of the comprehensive 2026 strategic plan, aligning technology capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global tech trends, AI advancements, and market shifts to identify opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Innovation Management: Oversee the incubation of new technologies and pilot programs to ensure the 2026 initiative remains ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and talent resources to maximize the ROI of the 2026 Visionary Initiative.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies in response to market dynamics while maintaining a long-term vision.
