Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns our technological capabilities with future market demands and industry disruptions.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to translate high-level vision into actionable, executable goals.
- Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to identify opportunities for the 2026 horizon.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic data to executive leadership in a compelling, high-conversion format to secure buy-in and funding.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead pilot programs and 'sandbox' experiments designed to test concepts for the 2026 launch cycle.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mastery: 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, futurism, or high-level consulting with a proven track record of delivering long-term roadmaps.
- Technological Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and the ability to evaluate their commercial viability for 2026.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive narratives.
