Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for our flagship products, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Cloud-Native Leadership: Lead the migration and optimization of our infrastructure to next-generation cloud-native environments, maximizing performance and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering teams and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous learning.
- System Scalability: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive scale and high-traffic loads.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, ML, Edge Computing) into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expertise: Deep proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Languages: Strong command of backend languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture and best practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
