Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance software architectures capable of supporting the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum Decryption protocols.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex 2026 roadmap goals into actionable technical specifications and engineering roadmaps.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and setting technical excellence standards.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge hardware with proprietary software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and familiarity with Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- AI/ML: Deep understanding of Machine Learning models, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current constraints and pioneer new methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
