Responsibilities
- Architect High-Performance Protocols: Design and implement core blockchain protocols focusing on Layer 2 scaling, zero-knowledge rollups, and post-quantum cryptography to ensure security and efficiency for the 2026 ecosystem.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize node performance, reduce latency, and improve throughput across our decentralized network infrastructure.
- Security & Auditing: Oversee comprehensive smart contract audits and security protocols to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect user assets.
- Interoperability Standards: Develop cross-chain communication standards and bridges that facilitate seamless asset and data transfer between disparate blockchain networks.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and define technical best practices for Rust, Go, and Solidity development.
- Future-Proofing: Research and integrate emerging technologies, such as AI-driven consensus mechanisms and decentralized identity (DID) solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in blockchain development, distributed systems, or cryptography, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Core Languages: Deep proficiency in Rust or Go for backend development, with experience in Solidity for smart contracts.
- Blockchain Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), consensus algorithms (PoS/PBFT), and cryptographic primitives.
- Infrastructure Skills: Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex architectural challenges and deliver scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
