Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, self-evolving neural networks capable of advanced reasoning.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) for Autonomous Agents and Superintelligent Systems.
- Design robust architectures that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time data streams.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to adapt our infrastructure to the evolving landscape of 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art LLMs and multimodal AI systems.
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
