Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption within the organization, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to translate theoretical models into market-ready products.
- Talent Development: Mentor and upskill high-potential engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Machine Learning frameworks.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, or Edge AI deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
