Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy for compliance and continuity
- Collaborate with global support teams using Slack and Jira for seamless escalation handling
- Meet/exceed SLA targets while maintaining CSAT scores above 95%
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through weekly team retrospectives
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance during sensitive data interactions
Qualifications
- 2+ years remote customer service experience in tech or B2B sectors
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) and multilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and VoIP systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred
