Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed CRM documentation with 99.5% accuracy for compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack and virtual stand-ups during shift transitions
- Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to overnight service enhancement initiatives
- Meet KPIs including CSAT scores, handle times, and resolution rates during peak overnight demand
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B customer service experience with night shift or rotational schedule preference
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills demonstrated through STAR-method examples
- High-speed home internet (50+ Mbps) with dedicated, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure overnight escalations
- Valid California-based work authorization and willingness to undergo overnight scheduling
- Associate's degree in Business or related field strongly preferred
