Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home
- Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
