Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during night hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM database accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT scores) and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
