Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve escalated customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote/night shift environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral or clear accent
- High-speed home internet connection with quiet, dedicated workspace
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios
