Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email & chat
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product-related issues
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs including resolution time and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing product training & process updates
- Escalate critical issues promptly while maintaining customer composure
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or night shift roles
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with empathetic approach
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Reliable high-speed internet & dedicated quiet workspace
- Flexible availability during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
