Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems

- Participate in quarterly virtual training sessions
- Support weekend rotational coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- High-speed home internet connection (50+ Mbps)

- Ability to work independently overnight hours
