- Provide 24/7 customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)

- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or night shift roles
