- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital communications from clients across multiple time zones
- Resolve complex customer inquiries using CRM systems with 95% accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in compliance with company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism under pressure
