- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data security protocols
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless customer experience across time zones
- Continuously update knowledge base with new product information and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or night shift environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet home office setup
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
