Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless issue escalation and resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with remote work tools
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
