- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM tools and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical or billing concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with empathetic approach
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
