Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and improve processes
- Meet key performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolution outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or support experience in remote or night shift environments
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during non-traditional hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional weekend rotations
