Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product inquiries with empathy and accuracy

- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service continuity

- Meet/exceed productivity and quality metrics in a remote setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or night shift environments
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
