Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/night shift environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 10 PM - 6 AM EST
