Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications during night shift hours
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data security protocols
- Collaborate with global support teams during complex issue escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and service workflows
- Maintain service quality metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or contact center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
