- Proactively manage client accounts during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support via phone, chat, and email
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive account expansion

- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Analyze client feedback to improve service quality and product features
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of customer success or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
