- Deliver 5-star customer support via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues, process orders, and manage customer inquiries with precision
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support teams
- Collaborate with global teams using Slack, Jira, and Salesforce platforms
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
